Let WooCommerce customers change their shipping address before you ship
A customer types the wrong street or picks an old address, then emails you to fix it. WooCommerce doesn't let customers change the shipping address after checkout, so you end up changing it by hand, or the package goes to the wrong place.
ShipEdit lets customers do it themselves. They can change the shipping address or cancel the order from the order received page or from My Account, until the order ships or your time limit runs out.
Edit the address from the thank-you page
Right after checkout, the order received page shows Change address and Cancel order. The new address is saved on the WooCommerce order, so your shipping plugin or 3PL sees it.
Change the address or cancel from My Account
Customers with an account can open My Account > View order and make the same change later, as long as the order hasn't shipped.
You set the rules
Pick how long after checkout changes are allowed, and turn address changes and cancellations on or off. You can block PO Boxes and military addresses, or only allow countries you ship to. You get an email when a customer changes or cancels an order.
What happens once an order ships
The options disappear. Changes are only offered while the order is unfulfilled and inside your time limit.
